How the enhancer works
This is a real image-processing tool, not a CSS filter wrapped in a fake frame. Every adjustment is applied to the pixel data. Here is what is actually happening under the hood.
analytics Histogram analysis
The auto-enhance function reads the luminance histogram of your image, finds the 1st and 99th percentile values, and uses those as the black and white points. No guessing, no pre-tuned values that only look right on one photo.
blur_on Unsharp mask
Sharpening uses the classic unsharp-mask algorithm: blur a copy, subtract it from the original to isolate edges, add the difference back at the strength you set. This is the same technique Photoshop has used for thirty years.
speed Fast previews
The editing preview runs at up to 1400 pixels on the longest side, so sliders stay responsive even on a phone. When you export, the identical pipeline runs at the full resolution of your original file.
lock Nothing leaves the device
No upload, no server-side processing, no temporary file. Your image is decoded into memory by the browser, edited there, and discarded when you close the tab.
How to use the enhancer
Load a photo
Drag it onto the upload zone, click to browse, or paste from your clipboard.
Auto-enhance or start manually
Click Auto-Enhance for a one-click starting point, or drag any slider by hand. Double-click a slider's label to reset just that one value.
Fine-tune details
The Detail section adds sharpness, vignette, and grain. Transform rotates or flips. Every action is undoable.
Compare before and after
Use the Split mode to drag a divider across the preview, Side mode to see both images next to each other, or Full to focus on the result. Press Space to cycle modes quickly.
Save your work
Pick JPEG, PNG, or WebP, choose a quality, and click Save image. You can also save a before/after comparison as a single side-by-side image.
Save a preset
Once you have a combination you like, click Save current in the Presets section. It will be available the next time you open this page on the same device.

No. There is no account, no paywall, and no per-day limit. Processing happens on your own hardware, so there is nothing for us to meter. Very large files may be slow on low-powered devices because the computation happens locally.
