SkillsInsider is a small free-tools studio. We build browser utilities for freelancers, students, and small businesses who need simple things done without creating an account. Three people run it. Everything we publish can be checked, and every claim on this page is one you can verify yourself.
The tools run entirely in your browser. When you compress a photo, convert a HEIC file, or calculate your tax, nothing leaves your device. There is no upload step, no server processing, and no retention. You can prove it by loading any tool page, turning off your internet, and using it — it still works.
Most "free online tools" for Pakistani users were built for a different country. A photo compressor that gives 500 KB output is useless when the form asks for 50 KB. A tax calculator built on US brackets is worse than no calculator. A HEIC converter that uploads your file to a server is a privacy risk nobody asked for.
So we built the tools we wanted to use ourselves. Everything runs in the browser. Nothing is uploaded. The presets are the ones Pakistani users actually need — NADRA, BISE, HEC, university portals, job applications, exam boards.
We are not trying to be the biggest tool site. We are trying to be the one you bookmark.
Every tool processes your file on your own device. No uploads, no server-side rendering, no retention. Turn off your internet after loading the page and the tool still works.
Small JavaScript bundles, no tracking scripts before consent, no third-party ads that slow the page down. Speed is the feature.
No sign-up wall, no watermark, no daily limit. We accept analytics on a consent basis, nothing more. The tools are free because they run on your hardware, not ours.
Before founding SkillsInsider, I spent years working in enterprise data systems. That background shows up in the finance calculators on this site — the accuracy matters more than the marketing copy.
Started with MS-DOS and Windows 98 internals — the roots of a long-running interest in how software works under the hood.
