If you believe that material you posted was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the copyright owner does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing — or that material was removed by mistake — may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. SkillsInsider reserves the right to terminate user accounts or block access to users who are deemed repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is defined as any user who has been the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices.
